It has been brought to my attention that I have not posted in a month and a half. Coincidentally, this is the length of time I have been at my new job. Which I love. I don't think I've ever been as happy with a job as I am with this one. Actually, I don't think I've ever been happy at a job. Happy to have a job, yes, but I always dreaded going to work.
Lots of crafty stuff going on lately...I haven't finished anything, but I've started lots of things and I have ideas boiling out of my ears. Sometimes, I get a little overwhelmed with all the stuff I'm doing, and so I end up just reading a book. Speaking of which, I'm reading The Historian right now, which is a mystery vampirey novel. I'm really getting caught up in it.
A lot of very important stuff has happened. Kat gave me her Blossom My Little Pony. The one she had as a little girl. We lost ours in a move, and Blossom was my first and favorite. Mike let me take pictures of her in the car on the way home.
I went to Taos Sheep & Wool Festival this weekend. I had loads of fun, and bought a fleece. I think I need to make a whole separate walk through story kind of thing for that, so for now, I will just give you a picture of the fleece.
